Live payments are disabled until the seller's legal name, public billing email, telephone number, mailing address, and terms version are published here and in Stripe Checkout.
Free use
Free portfolio backtests do not require an account. Selected model calculations have daily limits. Free accounts cannot download PDF reports or keep cloud report history.
24-hour Boost
A CA$1.99 Boost raises eligible calculation limits to five times the free limits for 24 hours and allows PDF downloads during that period. It is a one-time purchase and does not create recurring billing or permanent report history.
Monthly plan
The CA$3.99 monthly plan raises eligible daily limits to ten times the free limits and enables PDF downloads plus private saved strategy and report history. It renews monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period shown in the account.
Secure billing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Stripe displays the final amount and whether a payment is one-time or recurring before confirmation. Card details must be entered only on the Stripe-hosted Checkout or billing portal. RiskCrafter never asks for card details in its own pages, feedback, uploads, or email.
Before paying, Checkout lets you review the product, final price, renewal terms, and these Terms, then accept or decline. Stripe sends the payment receipt to the account email. Subscription payment methods, receipts, invoices, and cancellation are managed in the Stripe billing portal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, a partially used monthly period is not prorated.
Contact billing support for a duplicate or incorrect charge, paid access that was not delivered, or another refund request. A used 24-hour Boost is otherwise non-refundable, subject always to cancellation, refund, and other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Do not send card or bank details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
Service changes
Limits and beta features may change prospectively. A paid plan will not be silently replaced with a higher price or a materially different renewal term; any such change requires advance notice and, where required, renewed consent. Saved reports remain limited to 50 per subscriber account.
Research use
RiskCrafter is an experimental research workspace. Results may contain data delays, modeling assumptions, estimation error, or service interruptions. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a recommendation, or a promise of performance.

安全付款
价格以加元显示。确认付款前，Stripe 会展示最终金额并说明是一次性付款还是自动续费。银行卡信息只能在 Stripe 托管的付款或账单管理页面输入；RiskCrafter 不会在自己的页面、反馈、上传文件或邮件中索取银行卡信息。
付款前，Stripe 会让您核对商品、最终价格、续费条件和本条款，并选择接受或放弃。Stripe 会把付款收据发送到账号邮箱。订阅支付方式、收据、账单和取消操作均在 Stripe 账单管理页面完成。
取消与退款
您可以随时在 Stripe 账单门户取消月度方案。取消后不再续费，权限通常持续到已付款周期结束。除非法律另有要求，已开始的月度周期不按比例退款。
如遇重复或错误扣款、付款后权益未开通，或希望提出其他退款申请，请联系账单支持且不要发送银行卡或银行账户信息。已经使用的 24 小时加量包原则上不退款，但法律规定不可排除的取消、退款及其他权利始终优先。批准的退款由 Stripe 原路退回。
服务变更
测试版功能和额度可能在未来调整。平台不会在没有提前通知及必要同意的情况下，把已付款方案暗中改成更高价格或实质不同的续费条件。每个订阅账户最多保存 50 份报告。
研究用途
RiskCrafter 是实验性研究工作台。结果可能受到数据延迟、模型假设、估计误差或服务中断影响。平台内容不构成投资意见、推荐或收益承诺。
